Infuse a cotton pad with Blue Cornflower Tonic and swipe gently over your face, starting from the center of your face and moving outward. To de-puff eyes, moisten two cotton pads with Blue Cornflower Tonic, and place one over each eyelid for 10 minutes. For extra-sensitive skin or next-level soothing, store the bottle in the refrigerator, or chill moistened cotton pads in the freezer for 30 seconds before applying.
